Hi Dr Ellis , It's Leslie, I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Lee as I couldn’t get in to see you which you would be aware of and was told by your receptionist in a very arrogant and rude manner that your practice isn't a bulk billing facility, and that I have been running away out the door quickly to avoid paying for all my previous visits .
