He is top rate. He has earned the posh facilities they now use. The tools and chairs are modern and he uses only the best hygienists. He truly cares about his patients. He demonstrates sincere care for their oral health and not gouging their pocket book. He has done five crowns for me. This site does not allow me to rate cost as a 4 as in "5 Stars", but his prices are competitive.
I saw Dr. Wallace after my old dentist retired. He did a comprehensive exam, found some areas that needed work (that may have been overlooked by my previous dentist), recommended some specific treatment that needed to be done by an expert and referred me to the expert who did the work in a very acceptable manner. Although I have been Dr. Wallace's patient for only a short time I am very comfortable with the way I was treated and my comfort level in him is quite high.
Dr. Wallace has been my dentist since I moved to Seattle 3 years ago. I have had extensive dental work, including crowns and fillings. I also have trouble with my bite (teeth alignment) and Dr. Wallace has patiently and extensively worked with me to improve my bite. He always takes time with me, answering all my questions and openly providing his advice. His work is impeccable. I've seen Dr. Wallace for years and can highly recommend him. He's practical, capable, and friendly. Before that, I saw his partner, Dr. Solhaug, who has since retired. His daughter (Dr. Solhaug) is the other dentist in this practice. I've had minimal contact with her but have heard good things from others in my family. I really like this practice. Great for the whole family. I often am able to get appointments for both kids and myself--and frequently on a Saturday morning! Excellent hygiene staff, and partner Carol Solhaug is wonderfully professional as well.
He's the best dentist I've been to, and didn't try to sell me dental work I did not need. It was a refreshing change.
I am a chicken and Dr. Wallace has given me the LEAST pain ever durring shots! He even did a crown for me. Great new facility down on Eastlake.
Very friendly, genuinely care, I've been going since I have had teeth and would recommend to anyone.
