Never recommend to anyone. Terrible and bad experience. .
Dr. Niesen. He helped my son tremendously after a sports injury. We are truly grateful for Dr. Niesen. He is exceptional and demonstrated care and professionalism at all times. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Niesen .
I truly feel like Dr. Niesen mis-diagnosed my child as having epilepsy on purpose. My family and I have gone through a nightmare because of his inconsideration. We received a 2nd opinion, and it turns out my child is perfectly healthy and actually advanced for her age.
Dr. Niesen is by far the best pediatric neurologist I have found. I have gone through several, and I'm very thankful that I found AMS Neurology. He is has helped my son far more than any other doctor I have delt with in the last 8 years. He has exceeded my expectations. His staff mirrors his friendly, kind, sincere desire to help my son in any way.
Dr. is pleasant but his staff is extremely rude, especially his nurse in the Pasadena office. It's a shame that someone in her position would have such poor people skills. Never going back here again!
Dr. Charles Niesen, The problems with your practice are so numerous that I have been forced to fire you. Failure to follow up on expensive tests you ordered. Doctor is unprofessional. He is self righteous, and takes offense to feedback. His notes will get the patients name wrong and make other mistakes. Has real attitude if he is questioned or you provide feedback. Trust your family's health where the doctor acts like a doctor.
Dr Niesen is the best doctor. He is kind and attentive to the needs of the children and their parents.
