Called on Monday at 10am to set an appointment as new client. Receptionist took my insurance info said she would call me back. Never got a time frame so called back at 4pm was told I would get a call back same day. Well...2 days later NEVER got a call back. Glad I came to read the reviews cause looks like I'm not the only one! I will not be wasting my time to keep calling to just set up an appointment. Glad I also came to read the reviews! Sounds like they dont know how to run a business.
Getting an appointment with the doctor is a horrible experience. The staff seemed not to care about allowing you to hold on the phone for a very long time. Then when I directly ask about what I need to do to make the appointment there was clear hesitation from the staff. I felt very un-welcomed because customer service is horrible and unprofessional. I was told they would call me back with an appointment after my insurance was verified. So unprofessional with atittudes.
This is the worse place to go to if you don’t have all day.. don’t even bother unless you have all day to sit here...the girls get lost and forget who is in line.. they choose who can come in and out, and who has to sit here... I sat here for an hour and 1/2 for a 15 min test, while another family came in and was out of here in 30 min. I went as far as telling them I need to leave and they did nothing..
Make sure you have hours to sit here just to be seen.. they choose who can sit here for 30min- 3 hours.. I sat here for 1.5 and they took my child for testing.. while another family came in and out in about 30 min no joke. Not even because I was upset..
This Psychiatrist seems odd to me...too nice, yet the questions he asks aren't very professional and confident as would be expected of any professional. He speaks softly and smiles and says what he thinks without getting to know his patient privately and the appointment lasts only 10 minutes when I waited for 2 and a half hours just to have a meeting. Do not come to this office.
Dr. Gutierrez uses outdated tests, like the KBIT and WRAT-3, which is invalid and unethical.
The worse practice I have been. The staff is so rude and not helpful at all. It feels like all they want is your money, paid over $500 for insurance co-pays. Office is dirty and not welcoming. I do not recommend Dr Gutierrez to my worse enemy.
This office is horrible, squeezing in patients...people waiting up to 5 hrs. when they have appt.s The front desk lady had an ugly attitude when asked questions.
The Dr. himself only diagnoses you and couldn't provide me with a referral. 3 appointments to find out what I already knew. There is 3 office employees that I've seen all 3 times. 1 is an older gentleman who is very sincere and friendly. There is a young girl who is very helpful as well. Lastly, is an older woman who seems very unhappy with life and let's it affect her ability to do her job. I asked if she had read these reviews and she was carefree about it. Avoid this office if possible.
