Initially, the staff were very helpful. Dr. Craven asked questions and wanted to hear my answers. By listening, he could better evaluate what my symptoms were. He then explained how the knee works when right and reasons why the knee doesn't work. Dr. Craven then explained options with possible side affects. With this explanation, a decision on how to move forward was very comfortable and confident. Thanks to Dr. Craven and his staff.
