Yeah this guy likes to cancel appointments all the time especially the day before or of the appointment. I'm not sure what's going on in his life but I help he can get help and work on improving himself and/or his situation so he can provide more quality care to his patients and keep his commitments.
I’m extremely disappointed to write this review, but it is needed. I’ve been waiting to write this so I can truly think about what I want to say. I’m absolutely disgusted with Charles Dooley. He is unprofessional and ghosted us after one visit, it was a 3 hour session. My husband needed neuropsych testing and found that Charles Dooley took our health insurance. I requested testing to update a prior ADHD diagnosis, and a neurological psychological educational report in writing to request extended time on exams. However, he is only looking to scam clients into endless and needless therapy sessions for a longterm paycheck; whereas, education is the best therapy. This violates the Americans with Disability Act. His behavior to me was obnoxious, and his license should be taken away.
Dr Dooley is an effective and personable psychologist. I felt very at ease at all of my appointments, which I consider of high importance considering the nature of the evaluation. Dr Dooley was observant and thorough, and I feel that this resulted in a comprehensive and accurate diagnosis that I can trust to help guide me in further treatment. Thank you, Dr Dooley!
