I have been seeingDr. Williams and other Dr's for years. I've never been uncomfortable there. I've taken their advise and they have improved my pain! I highly recommend this Dr.

Poor bedside manner. Gets patients in and out quickly but doesn’t take the time with them. Unprofessional- informed Dr of issue with MA Filling out medical forms properly and was told to get better insurance instead of correcting the issue within his office.

Dr Williams has been my primary doctor since 1986, after moving from Chicago. He’s always been professional at each appointment. Doctor for life.
I've been seeing Dr Williams for around 25 years. He has helped me with heart issues, hernia, equilibrium problems, colds, flu, dehydration, blood pressure, etc.Always seen in a timely and professional manner.
I scheduled an appointment in June to have my blood work done. Went back for a follow up appointment a month later and they couldn’t find my blood work. Dr. Williams told me that they would locate it and he would call me the next day. I did not receive a call. I waited a few weeks and called the office. I left a message for Dr. Williams and his nurse. They never called me back. I called back in another week and left a more pleading message. They never called me back. I can't believe they claim to support telehealth visits when I've been told repeatedly by office staff they do not. I moved to the area and needed a doctor to refill my medicine for controlled HBP. The visit was well over 2 hrs! Obviously they were rushed since they never once took my blood pressure, and despite being controlled, he switched my meds...reason stated to me, because this one is what he takes though admittedly costs more. Dr Williams has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. I trust his judgement and his analytical skills in diagnosing the ailments which I have experienced during that time. He takes adequate time whenever I visit and has been a valued provider for me. I recommend Dr Williams to anyone looking for a down to earth primary provider.
Dr. Williams and his staff are great. They are super nice and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.
