Recommendeddr fancis was confident in helping Ky husband with his aggressive glaucoma but when what he tried did not work he turn his back on us and gave up. he is a smart man and did wonderful things but when it got tough he couldnt handle it and now no one will see Ky husband for his eyes
Dr. Francis performed cataract surgery on me in 2011. I have had eye problems ever since that time. He put the wrong lens in my eyes..His botched surgery has destroyed my life..I struggle to see everyday. Please stay away from him. He is a horrible surgeon...i wake up every morning with this horrible glare from his horrible lens . Some surgeon, a bad one. Dr. Minardi said those lenses were bad and should not be used. They are bad but Francis used them on me. I suffer every day..He gets a zero rating from me. So many sleeples... read more

Would like to say a huge thank you to Dr. Charles Francis at Marshall Eye Surgeons for taking such great care of my Dad today! He got a piece of metal embedded in his eye while working on his truck and was in a great deal of pain, enough pain that it was his idea to go to the doctor if that tells you anything!! We were referred to them by his primary care doctor, and even though they were obviously swamped, they worked him in today and got everything out. Thank you!!!
