Coming from a physicians office, the way the assistants answer the phones and talk to you is so rude. You would think they would be more professional since they are working with professional doctors. I would suggest looking for another location, or another Neurologist there. It would also be a good idea for the office to let patients know Dr Charles Tuen is no longer there and is retired instead of just giving them another doctor.
