Once again an appointment made weeks in advance cannot be verified and cannot be kept! The receptionist was pleasant in her delivery but unable to correct the situation. The inference that I might be confused, was offensive. Having been a patient of this practice for fifteen years and still this happens. If you make an appointment be sure to get a confirmation as email or text so you have proof! I guess what I need now is a referral.
My mom and I have been going to this office for over 10 years and everyone has always been professional and compassionate. Dr. Hogge has provided my mom (and me) with the best care possible and for that I am grateful. He doesn't sugar coat, he is straight to the point but he is a good eye doctor. I would recommend him and the office staff without hesitation.
Always top rate, highly professional and above all, extremely competent. A pleasure to have as my eye doctor!!!!
