They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. He does not listen to you (patient). Does not like to be questioned, has rather sarcastic attitude. Shows no empathy or real concern regarding your condition.
Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have done a hit and miss. The staff seemed to be poorly trained or were told to forward all questions to NP or Dr. Bonner himself. Parking situation at their office was extremely poor..
