Dr Jacobson did a crown on my tooth in June of 2021 and within 2 years, it needed to be replaced because it wasn’t sealed properly, this allowing decay to begin under his work. Unfortunately, my insurance would not cover another crown on the same tooth within 5 years and so I had to pay out of pocket to replace Dr Jacobson’s bad work. I should have known when he had zero reviews. Do yourself a favor and choose another dentist.
