Made a new appointment and accidently put the date in wrong in my calendar, I got mixed up on my days. While in the shower I asked my husband to reschedule for me since I was wrong about the day. We both don't know what happened but the receptionist was very rude and ended up hanging up on my husband. I like Dr. Stringham he is knowledgeable and kind, but the person answering phone calls definitely makes it unpleasant.
BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU EXPECT TO BE SEEN ON TIME.
Dr Stringham is a wonderful Doctor. I have been seeing him for 18 years. I love his knowledge and caring manner.
Always works me in when necessary. I've had hop and shoulder problems. Got x-rays immediately and results immediately. Very kind and thorough. Love the office staff.
Visits always take more than an hour, and sometimes over 3. Some of the staff is less than friendly. I hate spending a good part of my day off sitting in the office just for a 10 minute chat. He seems like he really cares but also tries to tell you about yourself when he doesn't actually know.
