Truely Caring Dr – Dr. Popeney has always from the beginning nearly 4 years ago listened, educated, encouraged and has always included me and my imput in my treatment. These qualities make my appointments more productive and I feel he truly cares about me. He also has great sense of humor and has made me laugh often when I wanted to cry.
Knowledgeable and Caring – Dr. Poppeney is a well mannered doctor and knows what he is talking about, I am very happy I met him and he was able to send me to one of the best doctors I have ever met, Dr. Ioonia Skaribas, which has taken care of and still taking care of my nerce problem to my face.
