Quiet sense of humor, extremely knowlegeable and caring. Says that he will never retire.
Everyone very cooperative and helpful. Concerned for my well being. Doctor very much involved,discussed each of the steps in the process and followed up on my condition until I left the building. Good follow up call several days after I left the facility.
The entire experience was great. Dr. MacNeill explained the procedure in detail and spent time answering my questions. I highly recommend him.
I have had cervical facet ablations over the years to stop cervical facet pain. Each time Dr. MacNeill is steady, compassionate, knowledgable, trustworthy. I could never go to another pain physician after having Dr. MacNeill be my physician.
I am a physician and have been a patient of Dr Mac Neill for over 8 yrs. During that time I have undergone approximately 8 multilevel radio frequency ablation injections for my facet nerves,multiple hip injections until I had my hips replaced, and several greater trochanteric bursa injections ,all which have allowed me to continue with my practice and my life.What an intelligent kind remarkable man.I respect him tremendously .
I would certainly come back if I had to. The staff was great and the procedure was quick with minimal pain.
I have had 2 Consults with Dr. MacNeill and 5 back injections done by him for a problem due to an injury. I have found his staff to be delightful and helpful at all times. Dr. MacNeill has been wonderful. He is so kind and compassionate re: my pain, and his knowledge of exactly where to inject the medications each time is superb! I have a tremendous respect for Dr. MacNeill, and would not consider allowing another doctor to inject my back. I would highly recommend him to anyone for pain management.
Dr. Alvear is the best! He is such a caring doctor who is always willing to listen and discuss treatment options. I am so impressed with his knowledge of how to best help and his compassion and bedside manner. He always make me feel positive like I matter and not just another patient and another dollar! I am very thankful that Dr. Alvear is my doctor! Thank you just doesn't seem sufficient.
I feel very blessed to have Dr. Alvear as my doctor. He never ceases to not only listen to me but to truley hear what I have to say! I cannot imagine needing this amount of care and not have him be my doctor! Thank you
