I have not had a good experience since Dr. Andrews has not been available. Always, there is a PA. I have been so disappointed that for the past two years I was not able to see my doctor. I go to this doctor for her professional expertise, The front desk staff is lost. I got referral to a place that no longer exists. I think the PA should only be there to help the doctor instead of playing doctor. I honestly will be looking for another doctor if I cannot see this doctor any longer. Dr. Charlene Andrews is a very good doctor. Her front staff is going to bring her business down at the Queens Village office. Amena think that she is running the show. Amena is the person who should be following up on my MRI, and she never did. Amena need to spend more time focusing on her job instead of the phone every chance she gets. They gave me a referral for a doctor, who does not exist and a phone number, which turns out to be a fax number. She make a lot of mistakes and will never admit that it's her fault.
