I had a awful experience with this doctor. She did not listen to me at all and only focused on one symptom at a time which as a person with a plethora of chronic illnesses obviously will go nowhere. I am so glad I changed PCPs and got diagnosed with several illnesses that are chronic but are being treated. My new PCP actually listens to me and is actually trying to find out what else is going on with me as I have been increasingly ill. Something that would never have happened with this doctor. Dr. Chen is awesome! She cares about her patients. She listens and answers all my questions. She explains any medication changes. I have recommended her to friends and family.
What a breath of fresh air ! This may be the best PCP visit I've had; 5 minute early call back for vitals, very thorough, thoughtful and organized physician.
Highly recommend Dr. Chen, she’s very professional and cares a lot about her patients.
