Saw Dr. Li yesterday afternoon, & him and his staff were (and have been) absolutely amazing. There was a ton of back n fourth for my own personal reasons, but when I went in everyone was wonderful and very understanding of my more complex medical case. As a medically rare case it is typically very stressful going to new doctors, but the nurses and Dr.Li himself made sure to listen to me and really get the full picture of how things were handled and why.
