I had a consultation with Dr.Chantal to understand what therapeutic options I have relevant to what I’m going through and while she was helpful to educate me on the various options I have/don’t have her tone was incredibly condescending the whole time and even laughed whenever I explained my understanding of my situation because it wasn’t accurate. I had a really good experience here the therapist made me feel comfortable right away and explain things clearly, therapy has helped me manage stress and anxiety a lot better. I’m glad I found this mental health practice.
