Unprofessional
Horrible experience in an attempt to schedule 1st apt. Originally called 8/5, followed prompts online to schedule, paid $20 to schedule. Verified they had all info. Was told I would receive a response if approved or denied to move forward. Didn't hear anything back all week so called 1st thing in the AM on Friday 8/9. Was told they didn't run to check benefits yet but was promised it would be done that day.
