Chantal Marie Gagnon is condescending and disrespectful. One phone call with her prior to my appointment has prompted me to cut ties with this facility prematurely. Everyone else at the practice has been lovely so far and this is very unfortunate.
Horrible experience and that was only on the phone. 2nd call, she forgot our first one to determine ins eligibility. Unprofessional, condescending and incorrect information provided.
I’ve seen a few therapists over the years, and Dr. Chantal has been the first one who made me feel like someone was really looking at the whole picture instead of just focusing on one problem. She listens carefully, asks questions that make you think, and explains things in a way that just makes sense. EDIT (7/3/26) in AM: It is fascinating that the practice's public response claims "our records do not reflect the events," yet behind closed doors, they sang a completely different tune. Let’s look at the exact timeline from today, July 2nd: 2:15 PM: Dr. Gagnon sent me a private email and a simultaneous text message stating, "I'm sorry your experience with our practice left you feeling this way...
