Beware of policy over people practices. 1. Ask her to give you the $$$ price before you take an appointment with her. I asked several times and even clarified before I left that I’d be charged my co-pay $20 and then she charged me $130 and said she sent an email detailing the price breakdown “per my insurance”. You don’t charge $130 to anyone’s card without first confirming that but she will refer you back to her intake packet and an email (sent after the visit in question apparently) detailing the price breakdown. Unprofessional
Horrible experience in an attempt to schedule 1st apt. Originally called 8/5, followed prompts online to schedule, paid $20 to schedule. Verified they had all info. Was told I would receive a response if approved or denied to move forward. Didn't hear anything back all week so called 1st thing in the AM on Friday 8/9. Was told they didn't run to check benefits yet but was promised it would be done that day. Was told my apt wasn't confirmed until they did everything on their side, but already blocked the time from work since ... read more
Chantal Gagnon is still to this day the worst therapist I have ever seen.
