Horrible experience and that was only on the phone. 2nd call, she forgot our first one to determine ins eligibility. Unprofessional, condescending and incorrect information provided.
I’ve seen a few therapists over the years, and Dr. Chantal has been the first one who made me feel like someone was really looking at the whole picture instead of just focusing on one problem. She listens carefully, asks questions that make you think, and explains things in a way that just makes sense. EDIT (7/3/26) in AM: It is fascinating that the practice's public response claims "our records do not reflect the events," yet behind closed doors, they sang a completely different tune.
