Take the Low Rating Seriously I came around 10:30 AM for an urgent medical issue and was given an appointment for 12:30 PM without being told that the doctor was not even there. I arrived at 12:20 PM and waited until 1:00 PM, but the doctor still had not shown up and I was given no clear update. I wasted nearly 3 hours of my day for nothing.
