My experience at this office was terrible. For starters, they forgot my appt. so had to reschedule. Then, upon arriving, tried to charge me double my co-pay, which I had to catch and correct for them. If that wasn't enough, I waited 45 minutes to see Dr. Son for a quick annual skin check, stuck in a waiting room that had a running screen, depicting actual surgical procedures being done.
