Awful !! First visit thought they were great. Waited one month for an appointment never called back said my insurance was denied. Called my insurance they never sent the claim in after I waited a month. Called them back numinous times never returning my calls. Finally she said we can’t help you. Not only was she rude wasted my time they never apologized. Come to find out the receptionist left on maternity leave not returning which left them short staff. Ridiculous
Dr.Sung is very nice as are her staff! They can always get us in as needed. We are very happy we found her office as many dentists stopped accepting our insurance!
Coworker recommended this place and I must say he was right! almost fell in the chair while they were cleaning my teeth and the doctor she’s very funny. extremely prompt service was seen right away with no waiting, This is my third dentist that I like and my other ones retired so I hope this place is around for a while
New patient at Dr. Sung Dentist and highly recommend. Friendly employees and excellent quality care. Very pleased and satisfied patient. Dr Sung and her hygienists are super nice (Erica and Katlin) as is scheduling making appointments and checking out (Kathleen and Erica).
