I went to Gentle braces in Aventura FL back in 2017. After having the metal braces on for 3 years; Dr Chandy Samuel assured me that my treatment was done and that it was time to take my braces off. The doctor and the staff failed to advise me that i needed the permanent retainers installed so after a couple of weeks my teeth started separating creating big gaps in between one another.
