Hopefully you never have to deal with Dana S from Dr Vavialas staff. I requested my blood work be sent to Quest in Crown Point and she instructed me to go somewhere else for my blood work. I again sent a request because I've been there everytime they've ever requested blood work to be done. She then calls me arguing with me and telling me how inconvenient it is for her because she would have to fax my order to them and she was upset and had an attitude. My previous physician passed away, so I had to look for another doctor. I was referred to Dr. Vavilala a by a coworker. She is amazing. She doesn’t sweat over the small stuff, but she motivates you enough to want to do better for the next office visit.
