My doctor retired in December so this was my first visit with new doctor.
I would recommend the Center and Dr. Gupta every time.
Family History online questions should have a place at the beginning to opt out if you are an adopted infant and have no idea what your family history looks like. I could never complete the form due to this oversight. Please fix.
My appointment was 2:30pm. The provider came in the exam room 2:50pm. I didn't receive no apology for provider's tardiness. I felt like it was a rush visit. This was very unusual for this provider.
Do not agree with this new practice policy of doing blood draws on same day as Dr visit. Dr should be seen after receiving results of lab work. See this new policy as a way to get in extra Dr visit, therefore practice makes more money. Most people do not appreciate being asked to see doctor more than needed.
Dr. Gupta is a wonderful physician. She listens to my concerns and explains treatment options in a thorough, easy to understand method. She inspires confidence and makes the patient feel comfortable in talking about very personal subjects.
Dr Gupta was wonderful very professional yet down to earth. This was my first with her and I have high respect for her. She treats her patients with care.
