After what happened to my mom about 2 years ago and how they treated her and then with what has happened to my husband. I can't help being upset and disappointed. Dr. Sim and his staff are the best. I've been under his care for 25 years. Today he performed an extraction on tooth # 8, immediate implant placement and bone grafting. His surgical techniques were pain-free, efficient, and cost-effective. I am very pleased with his work. His staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Smiles on Randolph is the best dental care facility in NWI. I highly recommend it to all. Thanks
