Dr Chan Reyes is an okay doctor. I have been seeing her for about 3 years now and sometimes she's really great and is attentive to my needs, but other times she is very rushed and doesn't listen to me at all. She is knowledgeable and kind, however I never know when I go into my appointments if she's going to be in the mood to listen to me or if she's going to ignore my concerns and brush me off because she is so pressed for time. Moved to Springfield just last year and needed a new GP. The staff and Dr. Chan Reyes are so wonderful. She has guided me with several of my medical issues and I am improving. No lengthy wait times and everyone is super friendly. Thanks you Dr. Chan Reyes and Jordan Valley.
Had a brain MRI done July 25 she got my results 3 weeks later and she had them on her desk for over a week. Calling her multiple times to get my results. Had appointment with her just last week when she then read my results. She was suppose to refer me to a Neurologist because of the findings decided to call today a week later to find out she never put the referral in. I’m looking for a new doctor. I’ve only been with her since July and I’m done with the inconsistency.
I have been out of my medication a week now because of the incompetency of her office. I have been on the phone with the office everyday and their excuse yesterday was that they forgot to click the “send” button. My pharmacy has called them also, and has received no positive results on my behalf either. Dr. Reyes was knowledgeable and kind; this was my first appointment with her. It seemed like this would be a good fit, but I will be looking for a new direction, again.
