It's absolutely unbelievable how disrespectable the staff is to patients. The person on the phone was condescending and rude. I received a referral from my doctor for every endocrinologist in the group and she even called them to tell them the urgency that I need to get in. Every doctor was 4 months out on appointments and he condescendingly told me "everyone is an emergency why should we treat you any differently?"
Dr. Harper is really good! Personable and quick to diagnose and present solutions. I like the office staff and the waits are always short. I had a skin cancer removed today, took 15 minutes and the stitches look great! I would recommend Dr. Harper for all your dermatological requirements.
