Dr. Chaitanya is an example of perfection and excellence at work while ensuring empathy and care for customers. Chaitanya Bandrupalli at Mission Ridge Dentistry is only interested in your money. She is adept at feigning sympathy and convincing you of unnecessary treatments just to line her pockets. Many of the positive reviews you see are likely for the previous dentist or from her friends and family. She is both greedy and incompetent. Due to her relentless pursuit of profit and lack of skill, I am now suffering from bite collapse, severe jaw and facial pain, and swelling. My facial profile and smile have been permanently altered. The worst experience, the fact that a dentist can say that bear the pain for a few hours because they are busy and would like to take an hour lunch before they can actually accommodate a patient in pain. I am a professional too and can understand urgency and just empathy takes you a long way.

For my 2 kids we had gone for a consultation for braces in June 2019 and for appointment there was no mention that they don't do braces and did a forced cleaning of their teeth during the visit and took out the majority of the insurance amount benefits for that year for both kids. Definitely avoid the place!
