I had a great experience with Dr.Ross. He was incredibly kind, took his time, and truly listened to my concerns. He didn't rush through the appointment or make me feel like just another patient. He thoroughly discussed my symptoms, ordered the necessary tests, and went over my results in detail. I really appreciated his thoughtful approach and the fact that he didn't just brush me off. Highly recommend if you're looking for a gastroenterologist who genuinely cares.
Great doctor, he is very pleasant, and knowledgeable. Wonderful bedside manner. He makes sure to follow up with his patients. I was very pleased from my experience with this doctor.
In 69 years of going to drs he was the worst. He was very condescending and since I wasn’t in pain at the moment he told me well I don’t know what’s going on with you. He also told me to to either stay with NYU Langhorne or Northwell so that it’s easier for him to figure out what wrong with me. When I tried to explain it all in my portal he told me to get the paperwork yet it’s all in my portal and when I went to go in it he said not necessary he sees the same thing that I do.
