Dr. Rutter was very kind and thorough in his exam and explanation of the problem of my back issues. I would highly recommend him.
I went through many months of back pain with the generative disc and bulging discs. Everyone I saw said I needed surgery . I ended up getting transferred to Dr. Rutter… I guess because of scheduling issues. He said I didn’t need surgery just an epidural. It helped for two days. When I went back for a follow up, he said yes I see the problem, but I don’t know what to do about it!! Needless to say, I’m in the process of getting other referrals
