Great attitude and kind to patients.
Dr. Reed is awesome. Has great eye connection. Spoke to me on a level of understanding. I felt heard. He acknowledged my fear of surgery and suggested a few alternatives that might ease my pain. Ultimately, 2 years later, we are doing surgery. But I feel like at this point, I definitely have the best. He has assured me that my type of surgery has had major breakthroughs in medical advancements. Looking forward to my surgery day. Thank you, Dr Reed to you and your lovely team!!
Dr. Reed was excellent in explaining my husband's situation. The wait was another thing, 1 1/2 hour wait was excessive.
