Once you have paid in full, good luck getting an appointment. My daughter has had her braces on for over three years and hasn’t been seen for about nine months. Left multiple messages with no return call. When you finally get somebody on the phone, they put you on hold. Once they finally come back, they say their next available appointment is one or two months down the road.
Darin Ashcraft and his staff are truly a gift. They corrected my significant dental problems and were with me every step of the way. I would rate them ten stars if that were possible. I truly looked forward to each visit and interacting with everyone. It is clear that they are not only incredibly competent, but happy to be there and work with their patients. I would recommend Ashcraft Orthodontics without any hesitation. John

I left a glowing 5 star review years ago for Dr. Reed but if I could delete it I would but that was for my experience. Now years later I brought my 9 year old daughter to see Dr. Reed, what a mistake. My daughter is autistic and she has some fears like many autistic children do. Two of them are bright lights in her eyes and doctors leaning a chair back while she is in it. Excellent staff who communicate everything but don't overwhelm you. Cheerful, Organized, Timely office. Honest, Fair, Conscientious professionals who are great with kids of all ages. We have been in and out of the office for almost ten years now. Wow!
Professional, on time, friendly
Everyone is very cordial and also made you feel at home. The participation programs ( wear shirt to appointment, bumper sticker siting) are cool too!
