📌1 star is extremely to high of a rating—this man, Chad Eller is rude, unprofessional, arrogant and needs basic retraining on how to interact with human beings in the ER. My experience was absolutely horrible. He is very dismissive and does not listen to the patient. Beside the ER violating many cleanliness standards and protocols—his demeanor and behavior towards patients of color was very disturbing. Avoid this ER and especially this doctor at all costs. Your pain will be minimized and blown off, especially if you are a woman.
This doctor has the Worst attitude!!!! My wife had to go to the er and when he came in he acted so rude to my wife who was in a 10 out 10 pain.He never ordered no pain meds the whole 2 hours that we were there!!! Just to make a long story short..he didn't care that she was screaming in pain.He had no mercy WHATSOEVER! I warn people if you get this dr..he will not treat you properlyBEWARE!!!
Dr. Eller has the WORST bedside manner. He has zero compassion for his patients. I came into Novant Health Emergency Room with a kidney stone. (I have had a baby, and labor is much easier than kidney stone pain) I was 2 days post op from a kidney stone surgery. It was after hours and my urology office instructed me to go to the ER. Dr. Eller showed no compassion or concern for the fact that I was in intense pain (pacing the floor and dry heaving due to pain).
