I had Chad Treece as my surgeon to remove diverticular disease from my colon. He was the only Doctor who would listen to me about ongoing pain in my appendix area. The GI Surgeon and GI specialist kept insisting that it didnt show up on a CT scan and didn’t warrent surgery. Dr Treece listened and believed me. When you need a surgeon, you would hope that someone from the office would answer the phone. After two days of calling and leaving messages, still no one reached out. This office is either understaffed or not properly ran! So if that is the way they manage the business - I would not want them to operate on body! Thankfully my PCP had other offices they referred me to!

My primary doctor had to set up appointment for me due to no one from Dr. Treece office would answer phone or call back. 2nd issue I’m having is confirming appointment. Still no contact with me at all. I took a day off of work to go to this unconfirmed appointment. He may be a 5 star doctor yet his office staff; if he has one is a 0 star office!

Dr. Treece is an amazing professional and Doctor. We had to go in ahead of a scheduled surgery. It was on a weekend of which he was not on call. He stated he is MY patient and I will perform the surgery. That’s the kind of ownership you want to entrust in your DR! Thank you Dr Treece for your bedside manner as well!!!!!
