I’ve been going to Dr Dains for the last 2 years now and every experience has just been phenomenal. Dr Dains and his entire team are top notch and professional. They always take the time to educate and they have state of the art equipment. Highly recommend !
Dr. Dains has been extremely kind and caring for my 99 year old mother. He even helps her in and out of the car into her wheelchair. Has thoughtful recommendations about what is necessary and what steps would be too invasive for someone her age.
I actually never write reviews, but such a bad experience here. Customer service and patient care is awful, coming from someone who also works in healthcare. There are lots of other dentists in SD, go somewhere else!
