Poor customer service. Poor care, did not consult the primary custodial parent. I had no idea my son was going to get 3 shots. Consistently poor communication and low quality service. They have disappointed me more than once over the years. Nurses give the worst experience.
Dr G is great, my kids love him and he's so kind and great at explaining medical stuff, he seems to genuinely care about the patients.
