I'm a very nervous patient. I'm scared of needles, surgical tools, anything and everything about dentists. But Dr. Cha and the medical receptionist were not only polite but professional and personal. They identified that I was nervous and did everything to help me make this a satisfying and rewarding experience. I could tell Dr.Cha focuses on the details and put's patient comfort at the highest. I have been seeing Dr. Cha for a few years now. I am not sure why there are such negative reviews. Dr. Cha has always been thorough and caring since day one. He avoids over treatment and prefer taking the conservative approach, which is appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Cha for anyone who is looking for a caring dentist.
