Dr. Nunez is such an amazing and compassionate Doctor. He was so patient with my family during our visit. We all felt like he was our own family. He was detailed in explaining the situation to us, and never for once seemed frustrated with the extensive number of questions we had. He made us feel so much at ease in a very stressful situation. I am thankful for his team- Dr. Cohen, the fellow, was just an angel. She Cohen was so kind and patient as well.
My daughter in law and I met with Dr Nunez for a consultation with my grandson who was diagnosed with leukemia a few months ago. We had traveled from Utah to get a second opinion. Dr Nunez spent about 3 hours with us, answered every question and showed knowledge, compassion and kindness far beyond what would be required as a doctor. We will always be grateful for him-his professionalism, his willingness to help us understand protocols and especially make us feel like he was personally concerned about our situation.
