Cesar Conde is not apt to handle patients who refuse to submit to unnecessary testing. The office mgr called "Bibi" is the same. They gave me the wrong results of an ultrasound which I found out when I repeated it 6 mos later and neither submitted the claim paperwork to Quest but certainly charged their services for taking the blood. I lost my credit because of it. Made 35 calls to the office which never responded to fix the problem. On top, they were running very late and I was fasting! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Very experienced cardiologist. Knowledgeable with great bedside manners. Excellent professional providing full cardiovascular care. Assisted by friendly office personnel.
