I went to Dr. Cendrowski back in October after hearing extremely positive things about him, but they gave me an incorrect prescription and have been ignoring my calls and voice mails for months. I am sad to write this, as they were all very nice, but during the test I mentioned how the final result was still blurry/double vision, and was told it would get better. Poor service insulted my mom because she couldn’t hear . She asked to remove his mask because she couldn’t hear him and he told her she is in the wrong place. My mother was so hurt and insulted! Awful!!!
Dr. Cendrowski is easily one of the best optometrist's in the city. He's also one of the best Ive seen in my life. I always seem to have issues with my eye prescription but I didn't have any issues here with that. I mentioned to him my issues in the past with my prescriptions and he was very accommodating and it took that into account. The technology he uses is something I haven't seen anywhere else, it made it very easy to choose prescription was better for me.
