Incredibly disappointed in the service here. My husband had an appointment for 2:40 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We arrived an hour early and walked in to let them know we were early just in case they had an opening sooner. There wasn’t a single person in the office. First time patient. Excellent experience, friendly and very professional. The eye exam was about 15 minutes, Dr. Cendrowski explained everything about his findings, much more than any other eye doctor Ive been too. Note, they do not direct bill insurance company. They only direct bill OHIP, and the NIHB. The Appointment cost is $135. Will definitely return for future eye exams.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Cendorski for about 10 years now, and my whole family and I trust him as our optometrist. He’s always very thorough with his exams and pays close attention to detail, especially if I mention any changes or concerns. He’s easy to talk to, caring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. We’ve always felt well looked after and confident in his care. I’d definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone experienced who really focuses on your eye health.
