I have been a patient of Dr. Valero-Colon for about three years, and she is wonderful. She is kind, truly cares about my health concerns, and has always been on point with her recommendations. I recently moved from Columbia, but I am willing to drive the extra distance just to continue being treated by her. She is bilingual, and appointments never feel rushed. Whenever I call for medication refills, the staff is always helpful and responsive.
Fantastic Dr. Dr Valero Listens carefully, asks detailed questions and offers insightful advice healthcare treatment including lifestyle choices - seems invested in long term well-being. Love working with her and her team at PrimeDoc. Highly recommend.
Sadly its time for this review. I've been a patient with Dr Valero or many years, and while I've found her to be an excellent physician me and my spouse can no-longer call ourselves patients. The short version of the story is that Dr. Valero is absolutely mis-served by the team that administers the office. Their lack of patient care when it comes to clear communication, as well as overall care for a patient while they visit the office. Dr. Celina Valero is an outstanding physician. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients. She carefully evaluated my condition and prescribed treatment that later was reviewed by my endocrinologist. After seeing both the medications she prescribed and my test results, my endocrinologist confirmed that she made the correct medical decisions.
