My nervous 10 year old son needed to have 2 teeth pulled. Immediately after meeting Dr. Loud, his staff, and spending time in the office I felt at ease and so did my son. Dr. Loud has a very kind and relaxed demeanor as well as his staff, and for that reason I believe he is fit to work on any age. My son commented on how kind his assistant was towards him, he stated that his shots did NOT HURT at all, and he had zero pain in his recovery- no Tylenol even needed. Dr. Loud and team made the process of removing my wisdom teeth as easy as possible. A week later and I feel almost completely back to normal. They do a great job of explaining how to keep your mouth healthy post surgery.
Had a tooth that needed to be extracted as a result of a root canal finally failing which I knew was eventually going to happen. Was referred to Dr. Loud. Was in and out very quickly and the extraction was done right with clear instructions on how to take care of the "hole" Highly recommend Dr. Loud and his professional staff. You won't go wrong. Thank you Dr. Loud and team!!!
I needed a biopsy yesterday and went to Dr. Loud. He and his staff treated me like gold. He takes the time to ask questions, take pictures of the lesion, document and still be so chill. The procedure was quick. Numb. Remove. I had no pain or bleeding. For such a simple procedure, I was surprised they contacted me later in the day to make sure I was okay. Now THAT is customer service. I highly recommend this office and doctor for your oral surgery needs!
Dr Louds office have all been so kind and helpful with my daughters treatment! Even amazing work with my sons wisdom teeth and post care follow up! Lorena went above and beyond assisting us with a same day appt on a day the office is typically closed! She even helped us find a new Dentist. I highly recommend this Dr and office for all.
