I'm a new patient. My first encounter with the front staff wasn't pleasant. However, during my last visit, I noticed that he had a new staff. This visit was much better than my first. His staff members are both professional, polite and responsive to my queries. They made me feel better about giving this practice another chance. Dr Bailey is attentive to my concerns and his bedside manner is warm and comforting. He listens and takes his time to address my reason for being there. Dr. Bailey is the doctor of doctors. He is my PCP and I love him and his wonderful staff.
Dr Bailey and his Staff are top notch! If you want a Doctor that really shows that they care about the patient then He is it! My husband and I are going on Almost ten years under his care and will not go anywhere else. From the front desk to the lab the staff is excellent.
