Dr. Bailey is my and my husband's primary doctor. We are both very impressed with his knowledge and up-to-date care for our conditions. I received a quick response from Dr. Bailey when I had serious concerns about my health or treatment plan. He explained things to me so that I understood what was going on with my health.
My husband goes here, but he never receives follow-up after his visits. He is trying to get a referral for a procedure and no one ever answers the phone or returns the call after messages are left. Can't tell if it's the doctor or his staff. My husband says that he believes that family members work there. He may need to outsourced workers.
I am team Dr. Cecil Bailey and staff. Every experience is that of nothing short of my expectations. I am so grateful for the opportunities that they provide for health and wellness. If you are looking to have a great quality of life Heritage Wellness and Nava Med Spa are your answers.
