The little girls that work the front desk are incompetent. Not only do they have awful phone etiquette but they have smug attitudes. And they hardly ever pick up the phone when I call. They don’t know how to handle referrals, authorizations or insurance paperwork. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office, which is unfortunate because Dr Fernando is quite lovely. If you’re looking for a pediatrician and want quality customer care then this is not the office you should assign to.
