Dr Crisp has been awesome!! Answered all my questions before and after surgery. She was very nice and attentive to me. I would definitely recommend her!!
Dr Crisp was all bedside manner prior to surgery but I stayed over an extra night due to pain & apparently this angered her. After that she treated me very rudely. She said my pain was b/c I was an anxious person. I had never been to any apptmt in an anxious state. At my final follow-up, I told the nurse about a major problem. She left the room then came back in to inform me that Dr. Crisp was sending in a prescription for Estradiol that I was to massage into the scar tissure every day for 2 wks then twice a week after that ... read more
Excellent service, explained everything, very professional, yet compassionate!
Dr. Crisp is the best doctor I have ever been too. She explained everything to me in detail. Dr. Crisp is a very caring doctor. I wish I could see her for all my medical needs.
I was completely satisfied with Dr. Crisp. She explained the problems very well and gave the steps to be taken in the regular course of treatment. I felt comfortable and confident in her care. She was helpful in giving me information about having treatment closer to my home.
As part of my annual physical I was having slight urinary issues & had a "stiffness" in my abdomen. My dr recommended Dr. Crisp. After a complete exam Dr. Crisp sent me for a CT scan of my abdomen. THE day I had the scan she called me-possible ovarian cancer. Dr. Crisp had already made an appointment for me to see a gyn-oncologist. Had surgery a week later-Dr. Crisp even came to see me in the hospital. Pathology report came back appendix cancer- slower than ovarian. Dr. Crisp saved my life.
My sister had extensive surgery with Dr. Crisp. Unfortunately, she had multiple complications. My sister had a severe infection that lasted over 6 weeks plus that the Dr. couldn't find the root cause of. Her aftercare was terrible. The staff gave conflicting directions as to what my sister should do. Fortunately, her regular OB-GYN was able to find the cause and treat the infection. He told my sister that he was horrified by her condition.
My mother now 90 was a patient of Dr. Crisp for approximately five years. She treated my mother for numerous issues. When we needed her to be empathetic and write orders allowing mother to be cared for at home rather than in a nursing facility, she refused. Knowing my mother was weak and ill, she referred her to a doctor Mother had never seen. She showed no empathy for Mother's wish to be home, and lacked the decency to explain her position. I can only assume Mother was too old and too sick.
