This office is fantastic. Every single person is kind and professional. After moving back to Massachusetts recently. I broke a tooth, I called at 8 am and was given an appt within hours. Even tho they fit me in, I only waited a few minutes. The appt did NOT feel rushed and I was grateful they fit me in
Keep away. Dr.Kaplan was 45 mins late for my 1st appointment and 30 mins late for 2nd one. She never apologized. OK. I got my filling done. The tooth was super sensitive after that. I consulted her again. She decided within a min to go for root canal without any second thought. I was not comfortable to get the root canal done by her so I consulted an Endodontist. He suggested not to go for the root canal, monitored the tooth and sensitivity for months. It has been 9 months I am perfectly fine.

This appt was scheduled for 8:30 am. The patient was treated with a filling and dismissed, according to our computer system at 9:20 am. It is not physically possible to have waited 45 minutes and be treated. The second visit was 5:45 pm appt to "fit in" to evaluate, as we try to accommodate as soon as possible if a pt is in discomfort. Most pts are just happy to be seen so quickly. The filling was very deep, and the recommendation was not inappropriate at all. I'm glad it settled down.
