Best *medical* dermatologist this side of Boston. Along with her educational prestige that she brought back to AZ, she's one of the kindest people I know. I've seen over 40 dermatologists and when I met her, she was the one to keep. She's meticulous, detail oriented, interested in cases. I've been a patient of her's for 15+ years.

I had a Cyst removed by Dr. Chen, three month gone by and it was still not healing; I went back to check a couple more times and was told it was normal. Last week I went to a different Dr for second opinion, sure enough, the cyst was never completely removed, it is now trying to come back, and I will have to get another surgery done, of course I am not going back to her!

I was referred because I had acne on my back, face and scalp. On my prior authorization form, my doctor said I need treatment for acne. When I had my appointment, I told them I had acne and dandruff on my scalp. They said "oh you have dandruff. You were only referred here for acne, so we won't look at your scalp because we don't want to charge you for something you weren't referred for." You didn't even bother to look at my scalp for acne. The acne is worse now on my scalp. I see you don't care about your patients.
