I had the best experience today at Pearce Vision. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. were awesome. Also loved Sophie. She took such great care of me and answered all my questions
Dr Catherine was very knowledgeable and discussed my eye health in detail with me. Gabriella handled my intake and helped me choose which options for frames and lenses were best for me. Overall, a very pleasant experience! I have two new friends now!
The claims walkthrough process was unclear and somewhat confusing. Despite asking several follow-up questions, I did not feel that the information was adequately clarified. Toward the end of the visit, the process felt rushed, and I proceeded with payment without full confidence in my understanding.
