This is my second of two reviews. Dr. Catherine Marks is the best primary care physician one could ever ask for. She's very knowledgeable, thorough and has a kind heart and soul. She's very popular among Hispanic and Arabic folks.
She's a very busy doctor with a staff who can use a little bit of customer service training and respect for people's time. 11 a.m. means 11 a.m. It doesn't mean 2 pm. I came to visit on a Tuesday and ended up having to come back 4 consecutive days before getting a subpar. medical evaluation. This was 2 weeks after going through a stroke last month. Dr. Catherine Marks is a great doctor with an incompetent office staff. Sadly. And she probably isn't even aware. I've waited 3 hours to see her but had to come back 4 days in a row, got "lucky" finally. Wow. And I just had a stroke! I'm looking for a better-organized office. I had to physically get my own medical records and brought them to the ladies out front.
